Gordon H. Smith Corp is honored to work with Elkus Manfredi Architects on this multi-building site developed over 9 years. GHSC provided design and construction administration phase consulting services on all of the NB Group buildings on campus. Services provided include preparation of construction drawings, specifications, procurement, shop drawing review, mock up drawing review and observation of mock up fabrication and testing.
The campus includes: New Balance Corporate Headquarters, New Balance Sports facility and track, Boston Celtics practice facility and Boston Bruins hockey practice facility with attached mid rise office building. Building enclosure systems varied with application and includes custom formed rain screen panels and aluminum and glass unitized and stick built curtain walls.
